How is the new year treating you so far, working on those resolutions?
I've been busy recently updating my website. I added some new work of course, and I also reworked a lot of my 'About Cody' page to more accurately reflect where I'm going and where I've been. Take a minute to have a look.
Winter is the rainy season here in Porto. Last year I didn't ride my bike too much in the winter, but this year I decided to gear up, and bought better rain gear. Now I'm riding even in the rain and mud. I have one or two friends who are also crazy, and we egg each other on even in ridiculous conditions. For me it's about keeping a commitment to myself about consistency of training, and it's actually been a lot of fun with my buddies too.
February in addition to being my birthday month, is also my favorite month to do commissions, so if you have an idea for a special scene in the perfect size for your space, let's talk.
New Work:
Of course I've been in the studio painting as always. Here's some recent work, I've been experimenting with pushing atmosphere in some of these. See what you think.
