New Years Resolutions
_____
I hope you had a great Christmas with friends and family.
I don't often share much personal info here, but this year the holidays
were a bit challenging for me. I'm not one to talk bad about people, so
I won't share any details, except to say that my wife and I sadly, are
no longer together.
I share this because a few people close to me know, and it's inevitable
that something about it shows up on social media, though not by me. So
just to set the record straight... I chose to exit the relationship,
due to a pattern of behaviors she chose, and that's all I will say
publicly out of respect for all parties concerned. Once trust is
broken, it's over.
Ok on to brighter things.
Below is a new painting 'Storm over Coffee Pot'. It's a 12"x18" oil on
panel, which is available to you at just $850 unframed, shipping
included.

I think most of us take a moment to evaluate our lives during the new
years break, and this often leads to setting some new goals for the
coming year. Because without new growth, then what are we doing with
this gift called life?
Are you are an aspiring painter (or want to be) but perhaps feeling
like your growth is not exactly where you would like it to be? Has your
enthusiasm or motivation slowed, is your inspiration scarce lately?
Maybe you are highly motivated to learn but you really don't know what
to study next.
I have great news for you.
I'm now offering my online course 'Mastering Light - Total Artist
Training' as a true self study course, and at the discounted price of
only $325. This is a one time fee, no subscriptions. You get all the
videos, PDFs and bonuses and this includes lifetime access.
Study at your own pace, and understand that this is so much more than
just technical training, we also teach you how to improve your
self-talk while painting, using my six-step thought process.
This is so powerful because not only will you learn to design better
right from the start, but the same self-talk analysis helps you problem
solve much better while painting too. In the process you develop a much
clearer understanding of your own unique voice, and where you want to
go with your art.

If you're in the Sedona area anytime soon, visit Mountain Trails
Gallery. I recently delivered several new paintings there, and they are
lovely to work with BTW.

In Jerome, where I sold my work for 23+ years I have some smaller
original pieces that are actually still in my old Gallery space at 300
Hull Ave. The space was taken over by Casa Latina, and they have
graciously maintained a wall for me. Please go and check out the very
affordable small works at Casa Latina.
They even have a few metal prints still available.
