No keys and happy dogs

No Keys No Keys. Since the end of November, I've had no keys in my pocket, no car key, no house key. I don't know why I find this so strange except that it's the first time in my life I've had no keys to misplace. Strange the things you think about when you're drifting. I have been in southern Utah these past few weeks Pet sitting for friends in their beautiful home. Their dog and cat are awesome pets, the dog and I take great walks each day. He's young and loves to play tuggie, and wrestle a bit, very loving and well behaved. I have missed having a dog, and it's been a pleasure caring for this sweet guy. Our walks have inspired a painting or two, below is a scene from the Virgin River I discovered on one of our hikes. I completed two commissions, and a couple of other small studies too. Image 4527265 Currently I am waiting on my Visa approval to arrive. Once I have that I'll be re-booking my flight to Portugal. Meanwhile I have someone working on getting my utilities hooked up in my new apartment, which I have yet to see in person. I hope in my next dispatch I'll be showing you pictures of my new place in Porto. That reminds me, I need to order a bed, a chair and table and...
