30 Paintings for
'Shock of the New West'!
I loaded my truck for Tubac today. I wedged 30 paintings in there
including a couple 30x40s and a 36x60! The back is full up to the
headrests, like a big jinga puzzle.
In the passenger seat I have my clothes, backpack and all my mountain
bike gear because I'll be going on a two day mountain biking adventure
with a friend on Saturday and Sunday in the Tucson area.
Friday however is the opening at the Tubac Center of the Arts where I
will be announcing the award winners I've chosen. I'll have in the
Masters Room 30 paintings, most of them painted specifically for this
show.

For any of you who are in the southern part of Arizona this weekend
